A Balanced Dual-Arch Biomechanical Rehabilitation Using 12 Implants
This case illustrates a highly stable, comprehensive restoration utilizing a six-implant configuration across both the upper and lower arches. In the maxillary arch, the six implants are strategically spaced to optimize load distribution within the softer, less dense bone while successfully bypassing the sinus cavities. In the mandibular arch, a matching six-implant framework was placed to maximize functional support, taking full advantage of the high-density cortical bone to create a rigid, ultra-stable foundation. By standardizing to six implants per arch, this distribution provides maximum biomechanical equilibrium, reduces stress on individual fixtures, and ensures an exceptionally predictable and durable occlusal result for full-mouth rehabilitation
Straumann BLX was the implant of choice👌🏻
