Full rehabilitation case for a 50 years old patient.
Extraction of periodontally affected teeth followed by alveoplasty.
- Temporary upper complete and lower partial denture.
- Upper arch: 4 impants were placed to recieve a all on 4.
- Lower arch: 2 premolars and 2 canines were root canalled and a fixed bridge was placed.
3 implants were placed for a 3 unit bridge on the right side and a single crown on the left side.

Surgical and implant work done by Dr Sherif eid, prosthetic work done by Dr Nancy Fayek and root canals and lower bridge done by Dr Ahmed Negm.
