Sometimes, the implant isn’t the problem… the space is!

This patient wasn’t ready for an implant because the opposing teeth had over-erupted, leaving insufficient vertical space for proper implant placement.

Instead of placing braces on the entire dentition, we used a simple, targeted orthodontic appliance to intrude only the teeth that needed correction, creating the space required for the future implant.
