Using the dental floss is not an optional thing!! It’s a must 🙂 it’s the only tool that cleans under the gums or between the teeth and this is the most place to smell if you don’t clean 😷 this is an illustration of the steps: 1- the floss should be tight 2- it is installed and controlled 3- gently slide the floss in between the teeth. 4- Move the floss underneath the gums, and also move it up and down to wipe the tooth like the picture. It needs training and patience to master it!
Prevention is better than treatment. Simple health habits in our lives protect us from alot of problems
