This 48 male diabetic pt came to our clinic complainig from swelling and pus discharge from anterior maxilla , pt had a history of RTA 5yrs ago and lost his anterior teeth after multible failed RCT
CBCT shows a lesion extending mesiodistally from upper rt to lt 1st premolar and perforating the nasal floor superiorly , palatal bone inferiorly as well. enjoy the case ❤️
