Saving the unsaved is my duty
Remaining root lower left canine was Endo treated .. I put a fiber post and core .. then the removed crown was delivered
Remaining root lower left 5 .. the 4 is extracted.. to be the same as the canine
Lower left 6 recontoured and the crown is delivered to the patient
