Debate case between me and ent dr, he was insist to make endoscopy for the sinus because of this unilateral opacification of sinus and hypertrophy turbinate, i told hime let us to make the extraction of 16 and give chance to the body,,,, surprisingly after12 days only the sinus start to heal and more surprisingly the hypertrophic turbinate disappeared,,, الحمد لله
