Multiple periapical abscess (خراج) underlying the tooth causing pain with calcified tissue blocking 2 canals, each 2 + mm block.

With the use of EDTA, ultrasonic irrigation, a lot of C-files and most importantly patience —> canals are unblocked.

Prevention of the disease is always the best treatment!

A lot claim that they brush their teeth properly but nevertheless end up with dental caries!

Follow these instructions to make sure you are brushing your teeth properly:

1- Divide your teeth into 4 quadrants.
* Upper Right Teeth
* Upper Left Teeth
* Lower Right Teeth
* Lower Left Teeth

1- Angle the bristles next to the outer surface of your teeth toward the gum line.

2- Gently move the brush in one direction starting from the gums till the end of the tooth.

3- MOST IMPORTANT STEP: Do ALL tooth surfaces: outer surface, inner surface and grinding surface.

4- Each quadrant should take from 30-45 seconds, meaning your brushing time should be a minimum of 2 minutes.

Rule says if you finish earlier, probably you did not brush your teeth well.
