Patient was complaining from pain and headache after examination there was pain with percussion on lower right 6 and the tooth was semi vital (just few drops of blood with access)with symptomatic apical periodontitis and
⚠️⚠️ while access opening there was liner put under the amalgam so it was deep caries and l used the cavitron to remove it
⚠️⚠️The issue in this molar was that it was long WL 25 and narrow canals l used glide path files until reaching the full length and between them absolutely using K file no 10 for patency and NaOCl as irrigation
The distal canals fused apically
