المريض بيعاني من Crohn’s Disease، ومع الوقت فقد جزء كبير من أسنانه والعظم الداعم ليها، لدرجة إن الأكل بقى مهمة صعبة جدًا، وجودة حياته اتأثرت بشكل واضح.

This case was far more than replacing missing teeth.
The patient presented with a history of Crohn’s Disease, combined with severe tooth loss and advanced alveolar bone resorption, leading to significant functional impairment and difficulty eating.
A comprehensive, evidence-based treatment approach was followed:

✔ 3D CBCT analysis for accurate evaluation of bone quantity and quality.
✔ Digital implant planning to determine ideal implant positions and prosthetic support.
✔ Precise implant placement according to the surgical plan.
