جمعية الليدرز الإجتماعية هى جمعية خيرية لا تستهدف الربح ، أنشئت عام 2013 فى الإسكندرية وأشهرت بوزارة التضامن برقم 3377 لعام 2013. وفى هذا الإطار، تعمل الجمعية منفردة أو بالتعاون مع العديد من الجمعيات الأهلية الغير حكومية لتنسيق العمل.
وتقوم الجمعية بتنظيم القوافل الطبية إلى الأماكن الأكثر إحتياجا فى كافة أنحاء مصر، بدءا من الإسكندرية والبحيرة ووصولا إلى واحة سيوة و مدينة سيدى برانى بمحافظة مطروح،
وصولا إلى حلايب وشلاتين والنوبة والأقصر وأسوان والوادى الجديد والمنصورة وسانت كاترين في سيناء. حيث تضم القافلة مجموعة من المتطوعين من أساتذة كلية طب الإسكندرية والإستشاريين من أطباء وزارة الصحة، الذين يقومون بإنشاء عيادات طبية فى كافة التخصصات للكشف على المرضى أو عمل المسح الميدانى بالمدارس للكشف المبكر عن بعض الأمراض مع صرف العلاج والنظارات الطبية المجانية لمن يحتاج. بالإضافة لإجراء الجراحات اللازمة ومعمل متنقل لبعض التحاليل الطبية السريعة. هذا بالإضافة إلى عمل جلسات توعية وتثقيف صحى لأهالى المنطقة. يتم كل ذلك فى إطار العمل التطوعى دون تقاضى أية أجور ودون أية تكلفة على الدولة. ورغبة فى تكامل العمل وحتى لا تنقطع متابعة المرضى بعد إنتهاء القافلة، قامت الجمعية بإنشاء عيادة طبية عام 2017 بأجر رمزى.
تلى ذلك التوسع في أنشطة الجمعية ليشمل تكوين فريق من المدربين لتدريب المواطنين عمليا على إنعاش القلب والتنفس والإسعافات الأولية بواسطة المحاكيات، حيث وصل عدد المتدربين حتى اليوم إلى ما يقرب من أربعة آلاف متدرب من غير الأطباء والعاملين في المهن الطبية. بالإضافة إلى برامج تدريب شباب الأطباء على جراحات العيون (بإستخدام عيون الحيوانات)، ومهارات جراحة الأسنان (بإستخدام المحاكيات)، والتدريب العملى على فحص القلب بالموجات فوق الصوتية والدوبلار وقراءة رسم القلب.

The Social Leaders Society is a non-profit charitable association, established in 2013 in Alexandria, and declared by the Ministry of Social Solidarity No. 3377/2013. The society organizes medical convoys to the most needy places all over Egypt, starting from Alexandria and Beheira, as far as to Siwa Oasis and the city of Sidi Barani in Matrouh Governorate; and reaching to Halayeb, Shalateen, Nubia, Luxor, Aswan, New Valley, Mansoura and Saint Catherine in Sinai. The convoy includes a group of volunteers from medical professors in Alexandria University and consultants from the Ministry of Health, setting up specialized medical clinics as well as a mobile laboratory for some quick medical tests, or conducting field surveys in schools for early detection of some diseases, along with performing the necessary surgeries and dispensing free medications and eye glasses for those in need. This is in addition to conducting health awareness and education sessions for the locals in the area visited. All this is done within the framework of voluntary work without receiving any wages and without any cost to the state. In order to integrate the work and not to interrupt the follow-up of patients after the end of the convoy, a clinic was established in 2017 with a nominal fee. This was followed by the expansion of the association’s activities to include the formation of a team of trainers to train citizens on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid using simulators. The number of trainees to date has reached nearly four thousand non-medical trainees. In addition, training programs for young doctors in ophthalmic surgeries (using animal eyes), dental procedures (using simulator kits) and practical training in heart ultrasound, Doppler and electrocardiogram reading was introduced.
