🦷Pedodontist is a specialist that deals with the preventive and corrective needs regarding the teeth of the kids. A Pedodontist deals with almost all the dental procedures related to children except for some which would require another specialist of dentistry, for example, kids having crowded, irregular or badly placed/looking teeth which ultimately need an Orthodontic treatment would be best treated by an Orthodontist. In a case where there is some kind of tumor or cyst lying deep into maxilla or the mandible, Oral surgeon would be the right specialist to deal with this.
