65 years old patient came with pain on biting in lower right wisdom tooth which was badly decayed but with an opposing tooth and patient refused to extract 🤦‍♀️🫩🤷‍♀️,,,with very narrow + curved canals and difficult accessability it was a hard endodontic trip 🏋‍♀️🤓👀🔍,,,finally tooth was saved 🦷🦸‍♀️💪
