Simple class I incisal and buccal segment class II with impacted lower Lt 5 dt odontome and crossbite upper Lt canine
Simple space opening using the Damon system was done, allowing for driftodontic eruption of the impacted 5, then tooth traction.

A 43-year-old adult patient was complaining of spaced top front teeth and crooked bottom front teeth; the case was class III incisal on a class I skeletal base, the B segment was a full unit class III on the right side and 1/2 class II on the left side with a supplemental lower incisor, and there was a large diastema between the upper central incisors. The case was complicated with periodontally involved lower anteriors (minimal attached gingiva and large bone loss), hypodontic upper laterals (Bolton), crossbite lower Lt 5, decreased incisal show, and low frenum attachment. The patient was traveling abroad for more than 6 months between each 2 visits 🤕. Treatment done by free gingival graft (done by Dr. hossamhamdy.periodontist), Damon system, extraction of a supplemental lower incisor, frenectomy near the time of diastema complete closure, and a mix of sliding and loop mechanics.

A class II incisal on a class II skeletal base case with congenitally missing lateral incisors and severe crowding in the lower arch, treated by extraction 2 units lower. The patient refused to extract the upper LT 8 for more than 10 months of discussion and was completely uncooperative in using elastics. I used IZ tads to do the distalization as plan B, with no great improvement due to the presence of the 8. Plan C was the use of D-BIBRE (bonded inclined bite raisers elastics invented by Prof. Dalia El Bokle), and hopefully we reached the class I buccal segment after 3 months. Debonding was done, and we fabricated Hawley retainers with an anterior inclined plane to keep the AP correction. Reshaping of canines to substitute the laterals will be done later on demand of the patient.

حالة انياب مدفونة مع ترتيب خاطئ للناب السفلي وتقدم في الفك السفلي تم علاجها باستخدام التقويم السريع Damon system
Cl iii case with impacted upper Lt canine, impacted and transposed lower Lt canine and Bolton discrepancy (microdontic upper laterals)
The patient was uncooperative at all and refused to wear elastics for better finishing
2-step distalization of lower rt side was done using TAD and Damon system, de-impaction of the canines and the lower rt canine kept in transposed position with the lateral to preserve the roots and bone
The spaces M and D to the laterals kept for laterals build up later on
