حالة انياب مدفونة مع ترتيب خاطئ للناب السفلي وتقدم في الفك السفلي تم علاجها باستخدام التقويم السريع Damon system
Cl iii case with impacted upper Lt canine, impacted and transposed lower Lt canine and Bolton discrepancy (microdontic upper laterals)
The patient was uncooperative at all and refused to wear elastics for better finishing
2-step distalization of lower rt side was done using TAD and Damon system, de-impaction of the canines and the lower rt canine kept in transposed position with the lateral to preserve the roots and bone
The spaces M and D to the laterals kept for laterals build up later on

الحمد لله
A case of hyperactive upper lip, mild VME and cl ii borderline profile with anterior open bite, the main CC of the ptn was the increased gum show (gummy smile). Different ttt options were discussed with the ptn and the ptn chose the orthodontic-orthognathic ttt option.

Double jaws surgery (differential vertical maxillary impaction and BSSO) were done by the great team Prof Dr. Ghada Elmorshedy, Prof Dr. Aws ahmed Fawzy, Prof Dr. Amr Latif and their team.
Pre- and post-surgical orthodontic preparation and finishing were done. The photos below show the before and the 2 months after debonding.

Ttt of relapse case (spaces re-opening) referred from one of our colleagues using simple composite buttons and PC (cost and time effective method)
Ttt duration 1 month 2 visits (traveling ptn)
New fixed retainer (from 3-3 instead of 2-2) and long labial arch soldered to the Adams clasps were fabricated
NB: other ttt options were discussed with the ptn including aligners and fixed for better finishing

‎علاج حالة انتكاسة بعد التقويم (فتح المسافات مرة أخرى) باستخدام طريقة بسيطة و إقتصادية بديلة لاعادة التقويم مرة أخرى أو تكلفة استخدام aligners

حالة عدم وجود اثنين من القواطع الامامية و ضرسين من الضروس الصغيرة تم غلق المسافات وتحويل الأنياب لقواطع بدون تغيير شكلها مع عمل زرعات في أماكن الضروس الغير متكونة ، وذلك باستخدام التقويم السريع ال damon system

Case of missed upper laterals and 2 premolars (hypodontia) treated by space closure and canines substitution for the laterals without reshaping using Damon system
The initial plan was to make veneers for the canines then the patient accepted the shape of the canines without making the veneers
Smile design was done as a guide in the near-end finishing phase to ensure proper alignment in relation to the ptn smile
