It was such a great experience and an honour to stand among leading experts from across the world, as the youngest presenter & one of three Egyptians sharing a topic that reflects my deepest passion for pediatric maxillofacial care.

24 years old female came to our clinic complaining of pain in lower left side
By examination we found recurrent caries beneath an old amalgam restoration in lower 7 leading to periapical lesion
The decision was taken to remove the old restoration & a root canal treatment was done
With reassessment of the case the patient complained of pain on biting and recurrent gingival swelling beside the last molar
A complete soft tissue impaction for the last molar
Decision was taken for surgical extraction
Notice : relation of mandibular canal with the roots & position of long buccal nerve 🙂
Extraction was more than easy thanks to God 🙏
