Patient came suffering from multiple periapical infections related to lower right 6,7 requiring restoration .
Minimal invasive extractions were done , and 2 implants placed related to lower right 5 and 7 with bonegraft.
3 months healing showing the bone covering the implant platform.
Final screw retained restoration was done.
Note how the bone remains stable over the implant platform.

Reflecting on a remarkable experience at Rhino Egypt 32! 🏥🌐
Three days ago, I had the honor of speaking at the 32nd Rhino Egypt Conference at the InterContinental Citystars Cairo. It was an incredible opportunity to represent Al Salam University and engage with global leaders in rhinology and skull base surgery.
A big thank you to the organizing committee and my fellow colleagues and especially Prof Abd Elfattah Sadakah.

Upon aspiration, straw coloured fluid confirms cystic lesion.
Dd: dentigerous cyst of 2nd molar.
Treatment plan: surgical extraction of lower left E, first and second molar under general anesthesia.
