- Diagnosis: there is missing upper 2 centrals & upper right 4

🔴 The challenge was that how we’ll replace 2 centrals and upper right 4

So I decided with my supervisors to replace 2 centrals with fixed restorations then upper 4 can be replaced by implant ..
