A fantastic day at the Global DSO Summit in London. 🇬🇧🌍
The dental industry is experiencing one of the most significant transformations in its history. Artificial intelligence, digital workflows, workforce challenges, patient expectations, and new care delivery models are reshaping how dentistry is practiced, managed, and scaled worldwide.
Events like the Global DSO Summit provide an invaluable platform to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and learn from leaders across the global dental ecosystem.
A special thank you to Women In DSO® for the invitation and for creating such an outstanding event that brings together clinicians, executives, innovators, and investors from around the world.
I was particularly honored to participate in a panel discussion alongside Andreas Augat, Torsten Seidenstricker, Rianna Thompson, and Niklas Virta. Thank you for the inspiring conversation, diverse perspectives, and thoughtful insights into the future of digital dentistry, leadership, and innovation.
Three key themes stood out throughout the summit:
✅ AI is rapidly moving from hype to real-world implementation
✅ Clinical excellence and operational excellence must evolve together
✅ The future belongs to organizations that successfully combine technology, culture, and people
The discussions reinforced my belief that the future of dentistry will be increasingly digital, data-driven, collaborative, and patient-centered.
Thank you to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting over the past days. I am looking forward to bringing many of these insights into our ongoing work in digital dentistry, AI, education, and the development of the Dental Digital Twin.
