We are proud to present an important milestone for Bio3 Implants - our first documented clinical case with a 10-year follow-up.

The treatment was performed by Dr. Ivan Popovych, whose precise planning, clinical expertise, and long-term observation made this result possible.

A 56-year-old patient underwent implant-supported rehabilitation of the posterior maxilla without sinus augmentation, using Bio3 implants with an SLA surface and internal conical connection.

Over 10 years of clinical follow-up:

University Medicine Mainz and German Implant Engineering 🇩🇪

A new clinical case featuring Bio3 Progressive Implants was performed by Dr. Ali Jari from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Medical Center Mainz.

The University Medical Center Mainz is one of Germany’s leading academic medical institutions, combining clinical practice, research, and education within Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is recognized for its contribution to modern surgical and implantological treatment concepts.

In this clinical case, two Bio3 Progressive Implants were placed in regions 36 and 17, demonstrating high primary stability, precise implant positioning, and predictable surgical outcomes.

The Progressive implant line was selected due to its advanced thread design, developed to achieve excellent primary stability and reliable performance in demanding clinical situations.

More than one year of clinical follow-up.

This clinical case of full-arch rehabilitation of both jaws was performed using an immediate loading protocol with CAD/CAM-milled PMMA restorations, allowing the patient to regain function and esthetics immediately after surgery.

The surgical procedure was performed freehand, without the use of a surgical guide. To achieve high primary stability, Bio3 Advanced implants were placed in the maxilla and Bio3 Fix implants in the mandible.

The treatment was performed outside the territory of the European Union.
Following the osseointegration period, the provisional restorations were replaced with the final prosthetic rehabilitation.

More than one year after treatment, clinical and radiographic follow-up demonstrates stable peri-implant tissue conditions, maintained bone levels, and reliable prosthetic function.
