Was ist Parodontitis – und wie entsteht sie?
Parodontitis ist eine chronische Entzündung des Zahnhalteapparats, die durch bakterielle Beläge entsteht. Wird Plaque nicht regelmäßig entfernt, greift sie das Zahnfleisch an, es entstehen Taschen und das Gewebe kann sich zurückbilden.
