🎄 Holiday Hours Notice 🎉

Dear patients,
Please note that our dental clinic will be closed for the holidays on the following dates:

🦷 Christmas Closure: December 24th – 26th
🦷 New Year Closure: December 31st – January 2nd

We will reopen with regular hours following these dates and look forward to caring for your smiles in the new year.

Valued Patients. It pains us to inform you that WDC will no longer be mailing claims, as a courtesy, to Blue Cross Blue Shield (GeoBlue/BCBS). There have been varied changes to their policies, addresses and patient identification numbers of late that have caused considerable back-up in payments for our patients. Since we are not in network with this insurance provider, we do not have direct contact, or a way to check on their claim processing. We have only just discovered these issues through our patients. BCBS has advised us to inform patients to download the app or update their contact information with the company, so they can better contact them with these changes. Claims can also be filed and uploaded online. Of course, WDC will provide the claim forms and receipts after each procedure.
We sincerely apologize if this causes any further inconvenience. Thank you for your continued support, understanding and patience in this matter. P.
