💦 MOUTHWASH: YAY OR NAY? 💦

You might be surprised to learn that mouthwash may do more harm than good, due to the fact it washes away protective fluoride left behind by brushing with fluoridated toothpaste.

By spitting toothpaste out then not rinsing with water, or mouth wash, the fluoride found in the majority of toothpastes remains on the teeth and continue to be effective.
