🦷 Full-lower arch rehabilitation with predictable functional and esthetic outcomes. In this clinical case, Prof. Fawaz Al-Qahtani presents a full-arch mandibular rehabilitation using DESS Conical BLT implants in combination with guided bone augmentation.

Following CBCT planning, five implants were placed with cortico-cancellous allograft augmentation. After a 3-month healing period, impressions were taken using Conical BLT transfers, allowing fabrication of a screw-retained full-arch restoration.
