My protocol:
CBCT
Endodontic treatment under microscope
Intentional Extraction with Zalex after cutting the soft-tissue-fibres
Retrograde endodontic treatment (MTA)
Replantation, Splinting for 10 days
Antiresorbative therapy

This full-mouth rehab was done over two years.

Class III, negative overheat, lots of occlusal interferences in the chewing pattern, but! stable CR!

The solution: open the vertical dimension-and get space for minimally invasive restorations with lithium-disilicate partial crowns and veneers.

FGTP
Kois Deprogrammer
Upper: definitive, lower long-term-provisional, settling/equilibration, definitive restorations

The simplest way to get the original shape of the tooth with convex approximal surfaces and contact surfaces with adjacent teeth as well as the anatomical reconstruction of the boundary edge of the tooth is
