Είμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να ανακοινώσουμε ότι μετά το τελευταίο διάγγελμα του Προέδρου, το ιατρείο επαναλειτουργεί κανονικά από Δευτέρα 4/5/2020 εφαρμόζοντας τα πιο αυστηρά πρωτόκολλα για προστασία εναντίον του COVID-19. Θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας τηλεφωνικώς για να προγραμματίσουμε τα ραντεβού που ακυρώθηκαν αυτήν την περίοδο.

- Θα δεχόμαστε ασθενείς μόνο με προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού

- Παρακαλούμε όπως προσέρχεστε στο ιατρείο με μάσκα και χωρίς συνοδό

- Σε περιπτώσεις ραντεβού ανηλίκων επιτρέπετε μόνο ένας συνοδός ο οποίος θα φοράει μάσκα

- Όλοι οι ασθενείς θα θερμομετρούνται με θερμόμετρο εξ αποστάσεως πριν την είσοδο στο ιατρείο

- Θα σας δοθούν πιο λεπτομερείς οδηγίες κατά τον προγραμματισμό του ραντεβού

We are in the pleasant position to inform you that following the new government and Ministry of Health instructions, our clinic will be open and working normally as of Monday 4/5/2020. We will be implementing the strictest protective measures indicated against COVID-19. We will contact you to reschedule all cancelled appointments.

- We will only accept patients with scheduled appointments.

- Please attend the clinic unaccompanied and wearing a protective mask.

- In the case of children, only one chaperone shall be allowed in provided they are using a mask

- All patients will be checked with a contactless thermometer prior to entering the clinic.

- Further instructions will be given over the phone when rescheduling your appointment.

Gingival Hyperplasia: the abnormal enlargement of gums due to an increase in their size and thickness. It can be caused by numerous factors including inflammatory diseases and the side-effects of certain medications. Treatment usually depends on the causal factor.

The case shown below was treated by our periodontist Dr Elena Talioti. Non-surgical periodontal therapy and surgical removal of excess soft tissues (Gingivectomy and Gingivoplasty) were carried out in order to improve the patient's aesthetics and function. Long-term stability was established due to the patient's immaculate oral hygiene and strict maintenance regime.
