Once the existing crowns were sectioned off, the existing preparations were refined and new crowns placed.

Our lovely patient had 5 implants placed in his lower jaw a few years ago restoring the missing teeth with an implant retained bridge.

In the upper jaw, following years of him wearing an upper complete denture, we placed 4 implants in a very atrophic ridge and provided him with an incredibly natural looking implant supported overdenture.

Following healing from extraction we proceeded with early placement of two implants and bone grafting. Each implant then received a zirconia crown, restoring function and aesthetics for our patient

Why compromise your chewing ability and aesthetics in an era where implants can simply be used to offer a fixed option to replace your missing teeth? Our lovely patient was missing her lower back teeth and we replaced them with 4 implants (2 on each side) and two separate implant supported bridges. This lovely lady attended wishing to change her old upper crowns and improve her smile. We sectioned the previous crowns, refined all preparations and then made some lovely monolithic zirconia crowns! The final photos are from 2 days after completion and the gums need a little longer to mature.

Our patient attended missing his upper left premolars and upper molar.

Pursuing to improve his chewing ability and smile, we had a thorough discussion during his consultation on the different options for replacing his missing teeth. As his adjacent teeth were completely healthy we agreed on placing 3 implants followed by a bridge.

Now he has fully regained his smile and chewing ability!

Reconstructing smiles even when things seem impossible!

Our lovely patient attended with a failing upper front and upper left side bridge. All teeth supporting the bridge were considered hopeless and had large infections / cysts around them.

All infected teeth were removed together with the cysts and the bone was augmented. Our patient was provided with a removable prosthesis for 4 months until we re-entered the site for the implants to be placed.

Three Straumann SLActive Bone Level implants were placed and allowed for a further 3 months to osseointegrate. Finally a new Implant supported prosthesis (bridge) was made. Patient can now enjoy eating and smiling as if he had never lost his teeth.
