“M technique NeoArch” In this case clinical and radiographic findings showed severe periodontal disease with extential bone loss and pathological teeth mobility. The treatment plan involved dentectomy in both jaws followed by “M technique” - all on 4 procedure in the upper jaw and 4 implants in the lower jaw, with immediate implant loading protocol. The patient got a temporary screw retained bridges 4 days after implant placement. After 3 months a screw retained metal-ceramic bridges were delivered in both jaws.
