It's September! Both Jeremy RMT and I are back at university/college so these are his hours. I'll be in the clinic every Saturday except for this Saturday, the long weekend- we are closed. Jeremy's registered massage openings are below :)

Tech neck isn’t just about your neck.

Phones and tablets can draw us into the same position for longer than we realize. After a long stretch of screen time, you may notice neck or shoulder tension, upper-back stiffness, headaches, or tired eyes.

Try bringing your screen closer to eye level, supporting your arms, changing positions regularly, and taking short breaks to move your neck and shoulders.
