Starting November 12th, the City of Winnipeg and surrounding regions have gone into Code Red in the province’s pandemic response system. We are watching these developments closely, but want to assure our patients that we are still open with our regular hours to provide treatment.

Throughout the pandemic, we have followed the direction of the Manitoba Dental Association along with the Province of Manitoba by implementing strict COVID protocols within our clinic. The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority.

We will remain open until directed by the association or province to close, or are unable to provide our services safely. At this time, please assume that your appointments have not changed. Remember to complete the Manitoba Shared Health Screening Tool before coming to your dental appointment and please don’t forget your mask!

We will be reopening to regular hours starting June 1st: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-8:30pm, Fri 8:30am-4:30pm, and Saturday 8:30am-2:30pm, By Appointment Only. We will be operating at reduced capacity to allow for proper social distancing and to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

We will not be accepting walk-in’s at this time and our doors will remain locked. Please call (204)339-1738 or email us at [email protected] or visit our website at www.northgatedental.ca to book your appointment.

What to expect:
-You will be screened when you book your appointment, when your appointment is confirmed and when you arrive at the office.
-If you are sick or have traveled outside of the province of Manitoba please inform us and reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are sick, please go for COVID-19 testing.
-Please remain in your vehicle when you arrive, and call us to let us know that you are here.
-Only the patient will be able to enter the office, unless you are coming with your child or someone that needs an es**rt.
-hand sanitizer is mandatory.
-All staff will be wearing personal protective equipment according to the Manitoba Dental Association guidelines and protocols for COVID-19.
-If you have a mask or equivalent face covering please bring it to you appointment, otherwise we will provide one for you.
-Our front desk, waiting room, debit machine and all high touch point surfaces will be fully sanitized between patients.
-Washrooms will be fully sanitized between uses and on a regular basis, including door handles etc.
-We have always followed strict Standard Infection Control Procedures and will ensure you have a safe and comfortable visit.
