Brushing your teeth may seem simple, but most of us get it wrong sometimes! Here’s how to brush for a healthy, bright smile:

1️⃣ Use a soft-bristled toothbrush
2️⃣ Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day
3️⃣ Hold your brush at a 45° angle to your gums
4️⃣ Don’t forget your tongue – it harbors bacteria too!

Meet Dr.Ross !
Dr. Diana Ross (née Bodiroga) is a lifelong Winnipeg resident fluent in both English and Serbian. She earned her BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg and completed her Doctor of Medical Dentistry at the University of Manitoba in 2008. Dr. Ross began her career in rural Manitoba before returning to Winnipeg in 2010 where she has been practicing since. Dr. Ross enjoys all areas of general dentistry, including cosmetic procedures, Invisalign, root canals, and dentures. She is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed advanced training through the Misch Implant Institute and with Nobel Biocare. Known for her calming presence, she provides care to both children and adults. In her free time Dr. Ross enjoys traveling, cooking, and especially spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
