Today not only are we celebrating an incredible 19 years work anniversary with Tracey, but it’s also her BIRTHDAY!!!🥳

For nearly two decades, Tracey has been one of the steady foundations of our practice. She is exceptionally dependable, reliable, organized, and efficient in everything she does and her dedication behind the scenes plays a huge role in keeping our practice running smoothly each and every day.

Tracey is integral to the countless back-office responsibilities that help our practice function at a high level, while also helping lead our recare scheduling and hygiene department with care and precision. For 19 years, she has been the very first person in the office each morning setting the tone for the day ahead. Anyone who has worked a Saturday with Tracey knows she truly runs the most magical ship! 🦄

Her loyalty, dedication, and willingness to always put the needs of the office first have made a lasting impact on our team, our patients and our culture.
We are so lucky and grateful to work alongside such an amazing team member and friend.

Today we are celebrating a very special milestone at OSD - it is Liz’s 10th work anniversary! 🦷

Although Liz took a short hiatus along the way, we are so fortunate to have Liz back with us, where she truly belongs. Liz brings a calm, organized, and multidimensional presence to the office every single day. Her ability to step into multiple areas of the practice with such skill, confidence, and care, makes her an invaluable part of our team and someone we can all rely on.

Patients and coworkers alike appreciate Liz’s professionalism, kindness, sense of humour and steady presence. We are incredibly grateful for all Liz contributes to our office culture and patient experience.

Congratulations to Liz on 10 wonderful years, and we look forward to many, many more years together in our OSD family! We love you! 🥰❤️🐼
