Today we’re celebrating 7 amazing years with the ultimate team girl - Rylee!

Highly skilled, hardworking and always ready with a laugh, Rylee brings so much to OSD every single day. She has built wonderful relationships with her patients and is the kind of teammate everyone loves working alongside.

And behind the scenes, she keeps our hygiene department running at its best! Rylee takes care of our hygiene supply ordering and makes sure our hygiene instruments stay sharp and ready, helping us deliver the highest level of patient care while making life a little easier for our hygiene team.

Rylee, thank you for 7 years of skill, dedication, laughter and teamwork. We are so lucky to have you as part of the OSD family! We love you and looking forward to all the years ahead!

⭐️This month, we’re celebrating someone who is truly one of the people who keeps Ottawa Street Dental running smoothly - Maddy, our Sterilization Manager!
If organization were an Olympic sport, Maddy would have a gold medal! She is one of the most organized people we know, and her attention to detail, dedication, and incredible work ethic make such a difference every single day.
Maddy is responsible for so much more than meets the eye. She helps ensure that our practice operates safely and efficiently, protects the health and safety of our patients and team, and keeps our complicated sterilization equipment and systems running smoothly. When something needs to be organized, maintained, checked, or figured out, Maddy is usually already on it!
And perhaps one of the most remarkable things about Maddy is her energy and commitment. She works with the same enthusiasm and determination today that she had 40 years ago when she started working at OSD! This is an incredible testament to her dedication and love for what she does.
Maddy’s caring nature doesn’t stop when she leaves the office. Outside of Ottawa Street Dental, she is a dedicated mom, partner, community advocate, and an accomplished seamstress and cook. She is known worldwide for her tiramisu, which our team is lucky to be the recipient of year after year. She is always willing to lend a hand, support someone who needs it, or simply be there when help is needed, both inside and outside our practice.
Maddy, we are incredibly lucky to have had you as part of our Ottawa Street Dental family for all these years. Your hard work may often happen behind the scenes, but your impact is felt throughout the entire practice every day.
