From the very beginning, Cindy has fit into our team seamlessly. She is wonderfully skilled, gentle and caring with our patients, and shows up every morning with a beautiful smile on her face. Cindy is an incredibly quick learner, bringing a very high degree of technical skill, knowledge and energy to our team. Most importantly, she has embraced our culture and the way we care for one another and our patients so beautifully.
We are absolutely thrilled that Cindy is now a permanent part of our team! We know our patients and our team will continue to benefit from her kindness, skill and wonderful energy for many years to come.

Celebrating Sonia and 23 Years of Dedication!
Today, we’re celebrating an incredible milestone: 23 years of Sonia at Ottawa Street Dental!

For more than two decades, Sonia has been making a tremendous impact on the lives of our patients. Her deep commitment to their health, her genuine compassion, and the way she takes the time to care for each person as an individual are truly special. She has built relationships that go far beyond the dental chair, and we are so grateful for the difference she makes every day in so many lives.

Sonia is also an essential part of keeping our entire Ottawa Street Dental family safe. As our Emergency Preparedness Lead, she works tirelessly to ensure that our team and our community are prepared for whatever situation may arise. Her leadership, organization, and dedication give us confidence that we are ready when it matters most.

And if that wasn’t enough, Sonia is also the driving force behind our Appreciation at Work initiative, helping us create a workplace where people feel valued, recognized, and appreciated. She truly lives our belief that taking care of people starts with taking care of each other.

Outside the office, Sonia brings that same heart and dedication to her family and community. She is a wonderful mom, an amazing cook, and a committed community leader, always finding ways to make a difference and support the people around her.

There’s nothing better than making a first trip to the dentist a HAPPY one!

Today was all about big smiles, a little fun, and discovering that going to the dentist can actually be pretty awesome! Michelle enjoyed having a little assistant too!

Kaitlyn is an exceptionally knowledgeable and highly skilled dental hygienist whose gentle touch, compassion, and commitment to patient care reach the many members of our community every single day. Her patients know they are in capable and caring hands, and the trust she has built with them over the years is something truly special.

Beyond the exceptional care she provides, Kaitlyn is always willing to lend a hand, share her knowledge, and offer thoughtful guidance on ways we can improve our systems and create an even better experience for our patients. Her experience and perspective are incredibly valuable to our entire team.

Outside of OSD, Kaitlyn is a busy mom of twins, juggling a very full schedule while still bringing a calm, steady, and positive presence to the practice each day.
