This week, we're celebrating the work of Certified during Dental Assistants Recognition Week.

Dental Assistants facilitate the work of dentists and hygienists, relying on their broad dental education and up-to-date knowledge of trends through continuing education.

Dental Assistants often serve as the initial point of contact, establishing the foundation of in the patient-provider relationship. They play a vital role in building trust, educating patients throughout their appointments, and providing comfort, , and clinical .

Dear Patients of Wiarton Dental,

We are excited to announce that our practice is growing! In order to continue bringing you excellent care, we have added a new dentist to our team. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Suneela Tatikonda to Wiarton Dental.
Dr. Suneela received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Western Ontario and has been practicing Dentistry in Canada for over 5 years. Prior to coming to Canada, she practiced dentistry in India for over 10 years.
Dr. Suneela is passionate about providing a positive experience for all of her patients. She always strives to be gentle and considerate while providing personalized attention for everyone who sees her for treatment. Dr. Suneela performs a wide variety of dental procedures including, but not limited to root canals, crown and bridge, restorative fillings and extractions. She continuously participates in various courses and seminars to stay current with the technological advances and ever-evolving field of dentistry. She loves educating her patients to build confidence and trust in them.
When Dr. Suneela is not treating her patients she enjoys yoga, gardening, baking and spending time with family and friends.
