Sometimes a denture doesn’t break. It just stops feeling quite right.

Maybe it feels a little looser than it used to. There’s a spot that’s becoming uncomfortable. Or you’ve had the same partial denture for years and something in your mouth has changed.

Those small changes are worth paying attention to.

Dentures and our mouths don’t always change at the same pace. Depending on what I find, an adjustment, repair, reline or another solution may be appropriate.

My advice is simple: you don’t have to wait until something breaks to have it checked.
