This is one of my first ever implant placed in combination with an indirect sinus lift during my live surgery implant residency with (thank you .lin For the very comprehensive training and glad we got to cheers at the end of the day then 😉). Surgery day was exhilarating.
We finally finished the case this past week with a screwmentable eMax crown made with our Cerec Omnicam (thank you to ). But the main winner is our patient that finally can chew more efficiently. Never dismiss the effect that one missing tooth can have on your function and oral stability.

Grinding or clenching teeth, acidity in the diet, excessive toothbrush pressure, toothpaste abrasion. They are all factors that contribute to these concave notches on teeth at the gum line. Bonding composite material (white fillings) will restore the teeth but care must be taken to minimize the causes also, if we are to achieve long term stability for these teeth.
