-You must wear your own mask to the appointment.
(If you do not have a mask, please call the office in advance and a mask can be provided to you for a fee of $1.)
-Please bring your own pen to fill out any documents.
-Only the patient with the appointment are allowed in the office. If a legal guardian or interpreter must accompany the patient, please notify our front desk when booking the appointment so they can fill out our screening questions as well.
-Contactless payment methods are preferred e.g. tap with Debit or Credit Card.

Welcome back!
Our staff at Wellesley Dental is excited to see our patients again. We have been working hard to open our doors again and ensure our office is safe for our patients and our staff. We will be open for regular dental treatment starting next week!
