Early detection allows simple preventative measures or very conservative restorations.

Minimizing the risks of needing more extensive treatments or tooth loss.

Digital dentistry has allowed the dental team to reduce radiation delivered for a set of checkup bitewing radiographs to 0.0005mSv

This chart helps show where it stands in comparison to a mammogram 0.4mSv or chest X-ray 0.02mSv.

It is our goal to find the right home for all animals in our care. The Ontario SPCA Working Cats Program recognizes that not all cats, particularly community and some stray cats, can adapt to a traditional home. Many lack the socialization to adapt; they need a different environment to thrive. Some cats are happier when they have their own space, minimal human interaction and can do what they do naturally.

These cats are healthy, sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped, ear tipped and in need of a new, non-traditional home environment. Some examples of these new homes we are looking for could include barns, stables, auto repair shops, woodworking shops, wineries, breweries, greenhouses/nurseries/garden centres, churches, storage facilities/warehouses.
