Throwback to Pacific Dental Conference Pacific Dental Conference — Sophie pregnant, a one-year-old in tow, and us just trying to make it through the conference with a stroller.
We talked about this in Episode 2 of Hello After Hours: PDC is an incredible opportunity for continuing education, discovering new technology, networking and staying current in dentistry… but trying to navigate it with a small child? BRUTAL.
For parents — especially single parents or anyone without access to childcare — attending professional education shouldn’t become exponentially harder simply because you need to bring your child with you.
We did it. We survived. But did we actually get to enjoy and experience the conference the way we would have without fighting our way around with a stroller? Absolutely not. 😂
