This past weekend in Seattle, Dr. Wrinch was inducted into the position of President of the Academy of RV Tucker Study Clubs. This is a one-year term and will involve providing executive leadership to this international organization. Dr. Richard V Tucker founded this organization in order to educate dentists on the merits of using gold and the techniques to achieve long-lasting results. Despite all the amazing advances in dentistry, gold still proves to be a dental restoration that frequently outlives all others.

This week we celebrated Shelley and Janet’s upcoming retirement. Dogwood has been very lucky to them on our team for so long. May retirement be filled with relaxation and fun memories. You will both be missed!

If you have been to our office in the last few days, you may have met Rein. She will be covering Camille’s maternity leave and has jumped on board a few months early to get the systems down pat. Please help us to make her feel welcome! We are happy to have you with us, Rein!

This week, your Dogwood team travelled to Vancouver to attend the Pacific Dental Convention. We attended lectures, learned about new products and technology, and took time to reconnect outside of the office. The PDC is always a good time to get re-energized about dentistry and to remember why we love our careers. Best part is that our patients benefit from all our new skills and knowledge!
