Back to school means back to routines. 🎒🪥

Earlier mornings, packed lunches, homework, activities… September gets busy quickly. And while everyone is getting back into the swing of things, it’s a great time to get healthy smile habits back on track too.

You never think you’ll need to know what to do with a knocked-out tooth… until it happens. 🦷

A knocked-out adult tooth is a dental emergency, and knowing the right steps ahead of time can make a stressful situation a little easier.

Save this post so you have it if you ever need it:

1️⃣ Pick up the tooth by the crown, not the root.
2️⃣ If you can’t safely place it back in position, keep it in cold milk.
3️⃣ Contact a dentist immediately.
