A few dental reminders worth knowing 🦷✨

Sometimes the simplest changes can make the biggest difference when it comes to your oral health.

🪥 Brush or floss first? Realistically either is fine. Just make sure you’re doing both every day.

🦷 Treat cavities before they hurt. Cavities don’t always cause symptoms right away, so regular checkups matter.

👧 Helping kids brush? Children 8 and under still need a helping hand to make sure all those little teeth are getting properly cleaned.

💙 Brush harder or smarter? Smarter. Gentle pressure and good technique are much kinder to your teeth and gums.
