Enjoyed an iced coffee, lemonade, or fresh fruit? Hold off on brushing your teeth for at least 30 minutes right after! ⏰
Acidic foods and drinks temporarily soften enamel. Brushing right away can rub those acids deeper into the tooth surface. Instead, rinse your mouth with plain water first to wash away acids, then brush after a short break to keep your enamel strong and protected! 💧🪥 .
