⏳ CDCP Renewal Reminder

Renewals for the 2026–2027 benefit year are currently open.

All CDCP members are required to renew annually to maintain eligibility. The renewal window is April 15 to June 1, 2026.

If renewal is not completed within this period, coverage will automatically end on June 30, 2026. You may reapply afterward, however there will be a temporary gap in coverage until approval is processed, and treatment received during this time will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Please ensure your renewal is completed on time to keep your coverage active 🦷
