My step-by-step veneer cementation

1️⃣ Try-in → confirm fit, contacts + shade
Make sure your patient is happy — this is SO important

2️⃣ Isolate + place #000 retraction cord

3️⃣ Clean preparations + MicroEtch

4️⃣ Clean inside the veneer from debris and apply bond place in a dark box away from light

5️⃣ Etch preparations 15 sec then rinse really well but do not over dry

6️⃣ Apply 3M™ Scotchbond™ Universal Adhesive on the preps and massage for 20 sec and then gently air dry

7️⃣ Load with 3M™ RelyX™ Veneer Cement + seat
Tack cure very fast as it sets quickly

8️⃣ Remove excess + floss contacts

9️⃣ Light cure for 60 sec each surface

🔟 Remove cord → check margins, contacts + occlusion → polish

Predictable veneer cementation comes down to respecting every step of the protocol. Do NOT skip a step otherwise your patients will have post op sensitivities.
