Which is the fake tooth? Swipe to find out! This patient had a porcelain Maryland bridge placed to replace a missing lower incisor. There was not enough bone for an implant and a traditional bridge would have sacrificed too much tooth structure on the adjacent teeth. This option is very conservative as no tooth structure is removed from the adjacent teeth. The bridge is bonded directly to the back of the two teeth beside the space.

This lovely patient had always wanted to address her smile. However she did not want overly white teeth, instead she wanted to keep it natural. The case was completed with Invisalign, 6 upper porcelain veneers and conservative composite bonding to the lower anterior teeth. Needless say she was ecstatic with the final results! Swipe to see!!
