With two home locations, Uxbridge and Brooklin, our quality of service and gentle care has always been, and continues to be, the main priority of all of us here at Quantum Orthodontics. We also travel to many other offices around Ontario, including: Port Perry, Port Hope, Sault Ste Marie, Trenton, and more! After being embraced by the communities in York Region, Dr. Frackowiak stretched her roots

to Durham. Dr. Frackowiak enjoys the warmth of the communities of Uxbridge and Brooklin and divides her time equally between the two locations. Our Mission Statement is a simple one. Enhance function, beauty, self-image and self-esteem with gentleness and comfort. On your first complimentary visit to Quantum Orthodontics, you will have the opportunity to meet Dr. Frackowiak and her staff and ask any questions regarding orthodontics.

Please be advised that our office will be closed for Summer Holidays from Monday, July 27th to Monday, August 4th, opening again on Tuesday, August 4th.
