When Ping first reached out to us in December, he was travelling and couldn’t make it into the office for a consultation.

So, in true smile expert fashion, we met him virtually for a video consult to talk through his smile goals and answer all of his questions.

After that, Ping felt confident moving forward with Invisalign and booked his first in-person appointment in January.

That visit marked the beginning of his smile transformation.

Less than 6 months later, Ping now has a smile he feels much more confident about. For someone in a customer-facing role, that meant a lot to him.
