Summer Tip #8: Set a smile goal you can actually see.

What have you been wanting to change about your smile? A stronger daily routine, a cosmetic refresh, or helping the kids build good habits?

Write it down.
• A smile vision board is fun if you like an excuse to craft (and appreciate a good visual).
• A simple sticky note on the bathroom mirror works just as well.
