If you’ve ever felt nervous about a dental appointment, or if you’re just looking for a more relaxed, personalized approach to your oral health, you’re in the right place.

I’m Corinne, Registered Dental Hygienist and founder of The Dental Hygiene Group. My journey in oral healthcare actually started way back in 1998 as a dental assistant, before graduating as an RDH in 2001.

After years of seeing how traditional environments could feel intimidating, and not allowing me to service my clients in the way I believed they deserved, I founded the DHG in 2013. My goal was to take over two decades of clinical experience and channel it into a unique, independent, and dentist-free spa-inspired experience while maintaining excellent dental hygiene care.

Here are some of the things you can expect here:

The Canadian Dental Care Plan helps Canadians access dental care. Services covered include dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, fillings, dentures and more!

Existing members can renew their coverage for the 2026-2027 benefit year from April 15 to June 1, 2026. Your current coverage is still effective until June 30, 2026, but will end on that date if you do not renew in time.

Xylitol in dental products helps fight cavities by starving the harmful bacteria in your mouth.

When bacteria consume xylitol, they can't process it, which lowers the number of cavity-causing bacteria and neutralizes your saliva's pH.

This helps protect your enamel from damage!
