Happy National Dentists Day!! This year… Baywell Dental turns TEN years old. What?! How?! It feels like yesterday when I walked in that first day to 1033 Bay Street, nervous as hell and hoping to make a good impression on my staff and patients. We have worked so hard to build a practice and culture where patients are satisfied and staff love to work. Thank you to my team for believing in my vision for what a dental practice could be, and of course our patients who put their trust in us. We celebrated by travelling to California with our work family to attend the Seattle Study Club Symposium, aptly titled, The Catalyst for Change. What an incredible bonding experience to help us build our unbreakable team. ❤️❤️❤️
