We tested everyone’s grip strength using a hand dynamometer, a device that measures how much force you can squeeze with your hand.

Grip strength is often used as a quick indicator of overall muscle strength and physical function, making it a useful health marker to track over time. Plus, strong grip strength helps with everything from lifting weights to carrying groceries!

What is electroacupuncture? ⚡👀

If you’ve ever wondered whether acupuncture with electrical stimulation is safe or what it feels like, you’re not alone.

Electroacupuncture is a treatment our chiropractor, Dr. Phillip Hung, may use to help relieve muscle pain, tension, stubborn knots, neck pain, back pain, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
